Basic Accountabilities:
1、Strictly compliance with OTIS global safety regulations, enforcement of company EH&S policy, to prevent each accident, near miss accident as responsibility.
2、Fully Compliance with UTC Ethics & Business Practices requirements.
3、Strictly compliance with Act SOX404 requirements.
4、 Manage and review and complete legal comments of the bid-invitation documents and bidding documents, contract terms and other supplementary agreements for NE sale, installation issues. Complete legal comments of Key project which submit for NAPA approve. Attend negotiating with customers and its attorney for sale items.
5、 Manage and review and complete legal comments of the bid-invitation documents and bidding documents, contract terms and other supplementary agreements, letters for Service, Modernization, Repair issues.
6、 Manage and review and complete legal comments of contract terms and other supplementary agreements，letters for X-O contract. Manage and review and complete legal comments of subcontract terms and other supplementary agreements，letters for installation issues and service issues.
7、Manage and review and complete legal comments of power of attorney and statement of product quality. Manage and review and complete legal comments of bidding bank bond, prepayment bank bond, performance bank bond, quality bank bond.
8、Training for all regions, Contract Management Dept., Installation Dept., Service Dept., Finance Dept., improve legal consciousness and contract review skills for sales, contract reviewer
9、Review and complete legal comments of sales policies, installation policy, service policy.
10、Responsible for ACE improvement and popularize.
11、Legal translation, periodic China legal update. Trace chop for documents.
12、Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
Qualification Requirement:
Education & Certification：Bachelor degree or above, majored in Legal.
Experience：5years or above experiences in legal counselor or lawyer,with lawsuit experience better.
Knowledge：Obtain bar certificate. Obtain College English Test, Band Six ertificate.
