Job and Responsibilty
1) Compounding调香
a) Preparation准备工作
* Check raw material deliver from warehouse检查仓库运送上来的原料
* Pre-heat materials before pouring预加热原料
* Pre-dissolve difficult heat materials预先溶解难溶原料
* Prepare proper equipment for compounding准备合适的调香设备
b) Compounding调香
* Produce production batch without delay按时完成调香的生产
* Communicate with production supervisor and production technician to get more resources when need在需要时与生产主管和生产技工沟通，以便获得更多的资源来完成生产
* Operate equipment: pump, filter, scale, forklift truck操作各种设备：泵、过滤器、电子称、叉车等
* Weighing accurately and consistently持续和精确称量
* Pour materials with proper pouring sequence按照正确的投料顺序进行投料
c) Mixing搅拌混合
* Follow mixing time table to well mix the finished goods根据搅拌时间表对成品进行搅拌
d) Sampling取样
* Ensure no cross contamination保证物料不会交叉污染
* Follow proper SOP to take sample按照正确的操作程序进行取样
e) Clean up清理
* Clear the spot after finished compounding完成工作后清理现场
* Ensure equipment clean and clear确保设备干净清洁
f) Maintain good condition of scale维护电子称的良好状态以便后续精确称量
2) GMP/Quality/5S良好操作规范、质量保证、5S
a) Environmental环境
* Operate and maintain good condition of tank, ensure no leakage操作和维持搅拌缸在良好状态，确保没有发生泄漏
* Report to supervisor immediately for any spillage and leakage发现任何泄漏马上作出处理并报告生产主管
* Minimum the compounding scrap尽量减少在调香过程中发生的损耗
b) Health健康
* Recognize hazard material rating识别危险物料的等级
* Strictly follow SOP to handle hazard material严格遵循标准操作程序来操作危险物料
c) Safety 安全
* Ware proper PPE佩戴合适的个人保护装备

* Attend safety image meeting in team参与团队召开的安全想象会议
* Report near miss case报告安全未遂事件
d) Report unsafe behavior and condition报告任何不安全的行为和状况
3) Teamwork and Communication
团队和沟通
a) Keep closed communication with all departments and all production employees to smooth the production operation
和所有的部门和生产雇员紧密沟通，以使生产运作顺畅
Essential

Degree of Technology School or above3+ years working experience 大专以上学历
Good computer operate skill 电脑操作能力
Job related basic English reading and writing skill 英文读写能力
Good communication with Mandarin 沟通能力较好
