The HotHouse Theatre company provides a great series of plays each year, many of which have been developed locally, using local writers, producers, directors and actors, and other shows which tour from other companies around Australia.There are various subscription packages available, as well as discounts for students and groups. There is a great restaurant (La Maison) in the same complex as the company's Butter Factory Theatre venue, which makes it possible to enjoy dinner before the show (or after, for matinees).Just because we're in the country, doesn't mean we have to do without culture.
